YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

F.A.Q.

How do I know what therapist to choose?

Please look at how to choose a therapist, this is below the list of therapies

What therapists are available?

Please look at ‘Find a therapist’ to view the therapists who work at Openings. As our therapists manage their own diaries, you’ll need to contact them direct for their current availability.

How do I make an appointment?

You should make the appointment direct with your chosen therapist.  Their contact details are on the therapist’s page.   If you phone, you will most likely need to leave a brief message clearly stating your name and contact details.

What are the cancellation terms?

Please ask the therapist for their cancellation terms and the conditions around payment and holidays.

How do I pay?

Our therapists manage their own payment transactions so please ask the therapist how you should pay.

What do I do if i can't afford therapy

You could enquire at your NHS doctor’s surgery which provide free counselling services, although there is likely to be a waiting list.  If a student, your university will have a counselling service.

If you are on a reduced income you could enquire about concessions at Openings.  Go to ‘Find a Therapist’ and search ‘Concessions Available’, then ‘Yes’, then press ‘Search Therapists’.   You should then ask the therapist if they have any concessionary spaces available.

Where are you located?

Openings is in the centre of Bath in George Street, which is at the top of Milsom Street.  There are good transport links into Bath.  The therapy rooms are at the top of the building on the third floor.   There is no lift.
