Openings was established as a centre offering education, therapy and healing for the public and professionals. We believe that all people have enormous capacities for living creatively, lovingly and joyfully which are often untapped or smothered in our society.

We draw on a range of therapeutic approaches which support these humanistic beliefs. So we are just as concerned about encouraging people to discover their potential for living as we are about helping those with particular problems. And we believe that this work can contribute to a more caring society.

Openings can be booked for weekend workshops. Space includes a large airy group room, 2 break out rooms and kitchen. Rates: £120 for weekend (inc. £30 non refundable deposit) £60 for Saturday or Sunday (inc £15 non refundable deposit) |
