People come to psychotherapy for a wide variety of reasons. Sometimes, just finding a way through difficult life events can seem impossible, and we can find ourselves stuck in patterns of relationships which feel unhealthy, or struggling to deal with events in our past or present. And the feelings we experience can seem overwhelming and very confusing.
I seek to offer a safe, confidential, supportive and creative place to explore these difficult issues and ongoing personal problems.
I bring a wealth of experience working with people in individual therapy and the charitable sector as well as a number of years in the management of a local organisation providing support to those who are distressed and suicidal.
I also have spent many years working in a commercial environment, which adds a certain sense of perspective about the pressures and the distractions of work.
As a final year trainee at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling, I am able to offer low cost therapy.
Please email or call me, and we can arrange a time to meet.
