I offer a safe and confidential space to explore a range of emotional and personal problems.
I bring together a number of different approaches to suit the needs of individual clients – person-centred and humanistic, psycho-spiritual and psychodynamic.
I trained with the Karuna Institute as a psychotherapist.
I am experienced school counsellor working in a secondary school and I specialise in supporting young people aged 12 to 25. I have managed two charities in Bath (Off The Record and Mentoring Plus).
