I support clients in working with their embodied awareness. This exploration is done in relationship and I provide a safe and confidential holding space for clients to be deeply heard and seen.
Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy is based on the Buddhist understanding that awareness is transformative. Working with embodied awareness can ease self critical thoughts, feelings and judgements, as we allow compassionate acceptance to emerge.
This relational psychotherapy can be a pathway to achieving a greater sense of connection through acknowledging, accepting and integrating challenging experiences.
I have an MA in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute. I am UKCP registered, and I am a member of ACPP.
